Create Portlet

As a NetSuite user, you must add a portlet to launch Virtual Office for NetSuite.

To create a portlet for the Virtual Office app:

1. Log in to NetSuite.
2. Go to Home > Dashboard.
3. On the dashboard, click Personalize.
   
4. From the Personalize Dashboard options, click a Custom Portlet to create an empty portlet.
5. In the portlet box, click set up to link the portlet to an existing app.
   
6. Select 8x8 Virtual Office 2.0 from the list of available sources, and save.
   
7. The 8x8 Virtual Office portlet is now displayed on the dashboard. Drag and drop it to the desired location.
8. To launch Virtual Office for NetSuite, click the link inside the portlet.
