If support for HTML email is enabled by your administrator in Configuration Manager, agents gain access to a rich text editor in the following pages of Agent ConsoleVirtual Contact Center's browser-based graphical user interface (GUI) used by Agents to manage customer interactions.:

The rich text editor is Unicode-compatible and fully localized.
