Understand your rich text editor

If support for HTML email is enabled by your 8x8 Contact Center administrator, agents gain access to a rich text editor in the following pages in 8x8 Agent ConsoleClosed8x8 Contact Center's browser-based graphical user interface (GUI) used by Agents to manage customer interactions.:

  • CRM Create Case
  • CRM Edit Case (for non-read-only cases)
  • CRM Create Follow-up
  • CRM Notification of cases and follow-up records

The rich text editor in 8x8 AgentClosedAgents use the Agent Console to view and manage customer interactions. Virtual Contact Center supports Regular agents and Supervisor agents. Console is Unicode-compatible and fully localized. It allows you to create or edit cases and follow-up records with the following features:
