Configure Support Center Assignment
Use the Support Center Assignment to assign a Chat Channel that serves to direct chat requests from customers to agents.
To configure the Assignment Tab:
- From the , open Support Center.
- Click or double-click an existing support center from the list to view or modify.
- Click the Assignment tab.
- Choose an available Chat Channel from the list and select the Assigned check box.
You can assign more than one chat channel to a support center.
- Click Save.
