Note: This option is NOT available to users with Unified Login and Virtual Office.
After you receive your account login credentials set by an administrator, log in to using the credentials. If you are not using Virtual Contact Center with 8x8 Unified Login and Virtual Office, you can create a new password by going to your Agent Console Profile > Security.
To create a new password:

Note: If your password fails to meet the password criteria set by the administrator, a message prompts you to retype the password.
Your new password is activated from the next login session.
