To log into VCC Analytics — Real-Time Dashboard, enter your login credentials of Virtual Contact Center.
Your username must include the tenant name in the following format:
loginID@tenantname
For example, if your login Id is johnsmith and tenant name is AcmeJets, then your username should be johnsmith@AcmeJets.
