Reading the results
The results are displayed in the application as well as stored locally on the device in the following locations:
- On Windows: %AppData%\Roaming\8x8 Diagnostics
- On Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/8x8/
In addition to storing locally a copy is automatically uploaded to 8x8 for review by Support. For additional details on how to read the results yourself, see How to read the network utility results.
